Matrix gives you multiple options to Search for properties your Buyers are looking for. We will focus on Quick and Detail Searches. We will see how you enter data into the different types of Search fields. We will explore how to create default Searches, so the common criteria always used are already in your Quick and/or Detail Searches. I will show you how to customize the Default Searches on a Buyer-by-Buyer basis. These Buyer customizations do not change your Default Search criteria.
You also have lots of displays to you can use investigate the Results both from an Agent perspective and Buyer perspective. I will show you how to simply customize your displays by dragging-and- dropping columns. I will also show you how to do a more complete customization. I will show you how to set your display customization as your default for each display.
