This course explores the unique strategies, legal considerations, and best practices involved in multi‑parcel real estate auctions. Participants will learn how auction sales differ from traditional transactions, including pricing strategies, contract terms, disclosure requirements, and coordination across multiple parcels. This course provides practical insights to help licensees confidently represent buyers and sellers in auction environments.

 

Approved for 3 hours ELECTIVE CE credit in Kansas and Missouri. 
Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit.
