Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) has become a game-changer for the real estate industry, offering a wide range of capabilities to improve efficiency and productivity. But there are some pitfalls to watch out for. This course will cover what to watch for, how to use it and stay safe in both the in-person and virtual world.
Instructor, Tracey “the Safety Lady” Hawkins is a former real estate agent and an international safety expert, educator and content creator since 1995. She has created 13 innovative and dynamic safety and security programs, including the country’s only real estate safety designation; the only brokerage office safety certification; and an A.I., ChatGPT and deepfake dangers and solutions program.
