Launch the Alexa Skill by saying things like, “Alexa, start Finding Homes.” Finding Homes is available on any Alexa device, Amazon Firestick, and all smartphone devices.

Finding Homes powered by Lundy Inc. is a voice-activated property search engine available in Kansas and Missouri for Heartland MLS customers, your prospects, and homebuyers and sellers searching for homes in the Heartland MLS coverage area.  Making real estate data accessible by syndicating it to voice on the Amazon Alexa platform gives blind and visually impaired individuals the opportunity to participate in the home-buying experience with convenience.

Finding Homes is primarily designed for the blind and visually impaired, but may also be used by anyone who would like to search for property listings by voice. The application works by taking key data on residential listings and delivering listing information in small but informative  sentences. On top of that, users can search by property address or set a search by telling Alexa about a property character like flooring type or the number of bedrooms.
