This course will be held at the  (511 S Holden Street  Warrensburg, MO 64093 in the Union 235 Room) and is approved for 3 hours of Kansas and Missouri ELECTIVE credit.

Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) has become a game-changer for the real estate industry, offering a wide range of capabilities to improve efficiency and productivity. But there are some pitfalls to watch out for. This course will cover what to watch for, how to use it and stay safe in both the in-person and virtual world.

Instructor, Tracey “the Safety Lady”Hawkins is a former real estate agent and an international safety expert, educator and content creator since 1995. She has created 13 innovative and dynamic safety and security programs, including the country’s only real estate safety designation; the only brokerage office safety certification; and an A.I., ChatGPT and deepfake dangers and solutions program.

Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit. Electronics: iPads and other electronic tablets are permitted for note taking purposes only. Please remember that “no-shows” without prior notice will incur a no-show fee of $30.
