This three-hour course in part addresses issues that KREC and MREC have identified as problematic for licensees. Staying in touch with laws and regulations, such as the Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (BRRETA) as well as state regulations for business practices is crucial to fulfilling your obligations to clients, customers, and the commission, and to your overall success.
This course is approved for CORE credit in KS and ELECTIVE credit in MO.
This course is a license renewal requirement for all Kansas licensees.
