This course covers the history of the Code of Ethics, its structure and major categories, the arbitration process, and ombudsman services. Several summaries and case studies of selected Articles of the Code of Ethics will be reviewed. Approved for 3 HRS ELECTIVE credit in Kansas and 3 HRS CORE in Missouri (Please note: The 2024 Missouri required CORE topic is "Fair Housing"). This course will also satisfy the National Association of REALTORS® requirement to take an ethics class between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2024.
