BRRETA: Understanding Roles, Duties and Risk Reduction (ZOOM)
Kansas CE credit only (No MO credit). This ZOOM course provides a clear and practical overview of the Kansas Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (BRRETA), which defines how real estate licensees may interact with clients and customers in Kansas. Participants will learn the legal distinctions between clients and customers, including how the absence of a written agency agreement places a consumer in the “customer” category under Kansas law.
