This course is approved for 3 hours of elective CE credit for Kansas and Missouri. This course will discuss the management of real estate offices and the supervision of real estate licensed activities. The “Brokerage Management and Supervision” course is designed to re-enforce the broker's supervisory role as well as remind the broker of the extra duties that come with the responsibility. Topics include: • Common Violations and Disciplinary Actions • Office Policy Manuals • Broker Supervision • Advertising Regulations • Complaint process overview • Navigating the KCRAR, KREC & MREC’s online services Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit.Electronics: iPads and other electronic tablets are permitted for note taking purposes only. This session is scheduled during evening hours from 6:00-8:30 PM at the KCRAR Leawood Classroom. Our in-person, new member education session will provide you all the tools you need to jump start your career and make the most of your membership. New members are required to complete this 3-hour orientation within 60 days of joining. During this session, members will realize their full benefits of membership from KCRAR, the State Associations, and the National Association of REALTORS®. This is a Non-CE session.
