This class covers various functions such as searches, CMA, auto-emails, and more. Similar to the HMLS Orientation class, it focuses on system basics, excluding rules and regulations. It is tailored for agents who feel less confident with the Matrix System basics. Key Learning Objectives Include : • Gain proficiency in configuring auto notifications. • Acquire best practices for conducting searches and CMAs. • Familiarize with basic functions of the Matrix system.
