This class will be held at the KCRAR Northland Classroom (11500 N Ambassador Drive, Suite 270, Kansas City, MO 64153) Agents can discover the most efficient method for inputting a listing onto the Heartland MLS system. Ensuring listings on MLS meet the compliant standards of the Heartland MLS Rules and Regulations, the Listing Input class aims to keep agents updated with the best practices for inputting listings. LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Gain an understanding of the rules associated with listing input. Learn best practices for inputting a listing. Understand the do's and don'ts of listing input. Please remember to bring your personal laptop, as the class format involves hands-on instruction, allowing participants to learn through active engagement. NON-CE

Fair Housing: An Agent's Guide to Keeping it Real (Cycle 8)
This course will satisfy the National Association of REALTORS® requirement to take a Fair Housing class between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027 and is also the 2026 Missouri CORE Topic. This course is approved for 3 hours of the 2026 Missouri CORE & 3 hours of Kansas ELECTIVE. (Please note that the 2026 Missouri CORE topic is "Fair Housing". The remaining 9 hours of MO CE can be made up of additional core topics, such as Code of Ethics, and/or elective topics.) Sharpen your Fair Housing knowledge with this easy-to-understand yet impactful course that teaches attendees how to become an "Agent of Influence" in Fair Housing commitment and compliance. As a class, you'll learn the "Who, What, When, Where and Why" of the Fair Housing Act plus gain a better understanding of how you can provide more equitable services to clients and customers alike. This course also provides an insightful look into the future of real estate with an analysis of imminent changes in consumer trends and demographics, helping agents to stay relevant in their everyday business activities for years to come. Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit.Electronics: iPads and other electronic tablets are permitted for note taking purposes only. Please remember that “no-shows” without prior notice will incur a no-show fee of $30.
