Learn how to sell these properties and guide your buyers through the confusing process of selling HUD homes and more. Course approved 3 hours Elective CE credit for KS and MO Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Remine Pro Prospecting Tips & Tricks: Our Remine Pro Prospecting Tips & Tricks session will walk through strategies to prospect and workflows on how Real Estate Agents can connect or stay connected! We will walk you through tips & tricks that are advantageous on how to search/prospect to find potential Buyer's Agent Leads & Seller's Agent Leads and how to cart your new opportunities together. Once your data has been acquired, we will demonstrate how to export data such as contact information, print your mailing labels, how to create a CMA report, and send mailers with our integration with PCM Digital.

Unlocking Matrix; Effective Searches, Notifications and CMA’s
The Matrix class is designed for agents seeking further training on the fundamental features of the Matrix system. This class covers various functions such as searches, CMA, auto-emails, and more. Similar to the HMLS Orientation class, it focuses on system basics, excluding rules and regulations. It is tailored for agents who feel less confident with the Matrix System basics. Key Learning Objectives Include: • Gain proficiency in configuring auto notifications. • Acquire best practices for conducting searches and CMAs. • Familiarize with basic functions of the Matrix system. This class is held in person, at the Leawood location Please remember to bring your personal laptop, as the class format involves hands-on instruction, allowing participants to learn through active engagement. St. Joseph Chapter Spring Mixer
Come out to the Eagles on Thursday, March 13, 2025 5PM-9PM as the St. Joseph Chapter shows appreciation to their Industry Partners for all they do daily to support collaborative success.
