This course is approved for 3 hours of elective CE credit for Kansas and Missouri. This course will discuss the management of real estate offices and the supervision of real estate licensed activities. The “Brokerage Management and Supervision” course is designed to re-enforce the broker's supervisory role as well as remind the broker of the extra duties that come with the responsibility. Topics include: • Common Violations and Disciplinary Actions • Office Policy Manuals • Broker Supervision • Advertising Regulations • Complaint process overview • Navigating the KCRAR, KREC & MREC’s online services Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes.
