Fair Housing: An Agent's Guide to Keeping it Real (ZOOM)
"Fair Housing" is the 2024 MO CORE required topic. Passing a final exam within 24 hours of class end time is required to obtain CE credit in MO and/or KS. Virtual attendees are required to have cameras on, with face visible. Driving, multi-tasking, phone calls, etc. are not permitted during virtual session. Upon registration, the ZOOM link will be located on the course card under "MY CLASSES" in your member portal. Approved for 3 hours of Missouri CORE ("Fair Housing" is the 2024 Missouri CORE topic requirement) and 3 hours of Kansas ELECTIVE. Sharpen your Fair Housing knowledge with this easy-to-understand yet impactful course that teaches attendees how to become an "Agent of Influence" in Fair Housing commitment and compliance. As a class, you'll learn the "Who, What, When, Where and Why" of the Fair Housing Act plus gain a better understanding of how you can provide more equitable services to clients and customers alike.
