"Fair Housing" is the 2024 Missouri CORE Topic. This course is approved for 3 hours of the 2024 Missouri CORE & 3 hours of Kansas ELECTIVE. (Please note that the 2024 Missouri CORE topic is "Fair Housing". The remaining 9 hours of MO CE can be made up of additional core topics, such as Code of Ethics, and/or elective topics.)
