Reverse Mortgage Loans: What You Need to Know
This course is approved for 3 hours of ELECTIVE CE credit in Kansas and Missouri. There's a growing market of home buyer's 62 and over who would like to downsize, up-size or right-size into a home that makes the most sense for them in retirement. You can gain a competitive advantage over other real estate professionals by being familiar with Home Equity Conversion Mortgage - commonly known as reverse mortgage- for Purchase (H4P) loans. In this class, you will learn how H4P loans can: • Help home buyers 62+ to afford the home they really want • Increase your client's purchasing power - and, in turn, potentially help you sell more homes at higher prices • Help you to better serve clients who are hesitant to take on new mortgage payment in retirement or are reluctant to drain their nest egg and/or all the profits from the sale of their current home to buy the new home in all cash • Turn previously unqualified buyers into customers Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit. iPads and other electronic tablets are permitted for note taking purposes only.

RPR Basics
As a member of NAR, Realtors have access to the RPR program. This a basic understanding of how the RPR program can benefit agents of Heartland MLS. RPR incorporates data from the Heartland MLS system along with data collected from many other resources for marketing purpose. LEARNING OBJECTIVES: -Pull information on properties nationwide. -Utilizing the Refine Values of the PRP program. -Understand how a RVM and AVM are produced and used in a market plan. Attendees will be required to drive to attend this Class. This is an in-person class so you need to attend at the physical location you sign up for. Please bring your own personal laptop. The format of this class is hands-on.

The Good, the Bad and the Cyber Dangers of A.I.
This course is approved for 3 hours of Kansas and Missouri ELECTIVE credit. Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) has become a game-changer for the real estate industry, offering a wide range of capabilities to improve efficiency and productivity. But there are some pitfalls to watch out for. This course will cover what to watch for, how to use it and stay safe in both the in-person and virtual world. Instructor, Tracey “the Safety Lady”Hawkins is a former real estate agent and an international safety expert, educator and content creator since 1995. She has created 13 innovative and dynamic safety and security programs, including the country’s only real estate safety designation; the only brokerage office safety certification; and an A.I., ChatGPT and deepfake dangers and solutions program. Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit.
