Heartland MLS Orientation (In-Person)
The Heartland MLS Orientation Class is a mandatory non-CE session designed specifically for new Subscribers, providing a comprehensive overview of the Matrix system. This system stands out as one of the most essential tools available to Realtors, making it indispensable within the Real Estate industry. Participation in the Heartland MLS Orientation ensures that new Subscribers comply with Heartland MLS Rules and Regulations and develop proficiency in effectively navigating the Matrix system. Key Learning Objectives Include: • Comprehend the Rules and Regulations of Heartland MLS. • Best practices for conducting searches. • Listing status and input. • Creating Comparative Market Analyses (CMA). • Step-by-step instructions for setting up auto emails and saved searches. • Guidance on searching public records. Attendees must arrange transportation as it is held in person, requiring physical presence at the designated location. Please remember to bring your personal laptop, as the class format involves hands-on instruction, allowing participants to learn through active engagement. Note : If you are registered for both the morning KCRAR New Member Orientation AND the afternoon HMLS Orientation, please plan accordingly for lunch by bringing your own lunch/snacks that can be eaten outside the classrooms or there are a few restaurants close by. There is a 60-minute break between sessions.
