Kansas Required Core
This course is approved for CORE credit in KS and ELECTIVE credit in MO and is a license renewal requirement for all Kansas licensees. This three-hour course in part addresses issues that KREC and MREC have identified as problematic for licensees. Staying in touch with laws and regulations, such as the Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (BRRETA) as well as state regulations for business practices is crucial to fulfilling your obligations to clients, customers, and the commission, and to your overall success. This is a Non-CE class. Matrix Searches and Results and How to Customize them. Matrix gives you multiple options to Search for properties your Buyers are looking for. We will focus on Quick and Detail Searches. We will see how you enter data into the different types of Search fields. We will explore how to create default Searches, so the common criteria always used are already in your Quick and/or Detail Searches. I will show you how to customize the Default Searches on a Buyer-by-Buyer basis. These Buyer customizations do not change your Default Search criteria. You also have lots of displays to you can use investigate the Results both from an Agent perspective and Buyer perspective.
