The KCRAR/Heartland MLS Diversity Committee presents an educational opportunity to learn about the Potential Fair Housing Landmines from Offer to Close.
A panel of real estate professionals will discuss fair housing law risks from the first contact with a new client all the way through the close of transaction.
Lattes, made by our onsite barista, and networking will take place from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The panel presentation will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will end at 11 a.m.
This is a Non-CE class.
Our new member education series will provide you all the tools you need to jumpstart your career and make the most of your membership. New members are required to complete this 2 ½ hour orientation within 60 days of joining. During this session, members will realize their full benefits of membership from KCRAR, the State Associations, and the National Association of REALTORS.
This class is not approved for CE credit.
